Ryland T. Campbell
Chairman and Group President/CEO
|
Ryland
T. Campbell is a teacher turned Banker, who was educated
at Mico College, the University of the West Indies and Columbia State
University. He has held several executive management positions in commercial
and merchant banking during his over 30 years in the Jamaican banking industry.
Mr. Campbell is a recipient of the Mico College Millennium Award; the Ernst
& Young Caribbean Entrepreneur Award 2000 for Financial Services, and has
been named to the prestigious International Who's Who – a group of worldwide
business and professional leaders.
In
April
2006,
Mr.
Campbell
garnered
another
accolade
when he
won the
Jamaica
Observer's
Business
Leader
Award
for 2005
for his
steadfastness
in
guiding
the
Capital
& Credit
Financial
Group
along a
consistently
profitable
path,
despite
the
difficulties
faced by
the
Jamaican
financial
sector.
Mr. Campbell serves as Chairman of the National Health Fund of Jamaica and of
the National Development Foundation of Jamaica (a small-business NGO). He is a
member of several other Boards including the Council of the University of
Technology of Jamaica; the Mico Teachers' College,
Nationwide
News
Network and the Council of Community
Colleges.
Mr. Campbell, who has been a Director and Chairman of Capital & Credit
Merchant Bank since its inception, is the Chairman/Group President and CEO of
the Capital & Credit Financial Group.
He is also a Past President of the Rotary
Club of Kingston – Downtown and a Paul Harris Fellow.

Andrew Cocking
Deputy Group President, President of Capital & Credit Remittance Ltd.
|
Andrew Cocking is Deputy Group President of the Capital &
Credit Financial Group, as well as President of Capital & Credit Remittance
Limited and Express Remittance Services (Cayman) Limited. He is also a Director
of the Group’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
As an Investment Banker, Mr. Cocking has held several senior management
positions in international and local merchant banks since 1985 after serving in
technical positions in private sector firms and government in the United
States. He is Deputy Chairman of the Students' Loan Bureau and sits on the
Board of Directors of Cable & Wireless (Jamaica) Limited. He is also a past
President of the Association of Licensed Financial Institutions. Mr. Cocking is
a Civil Engineer who holds an M.Sc. in Management and Public Policy from
Carnegie-Mellon University.
In 1999, Mr. Cocking was named to the International Who's Who - a select group
of leaders in the professional arena.

Curtis Martin
Deputy Group President,
President & CEO - CCMB and CCSL
|
Curtis Martin is Deputy Group President of the Capital &
Credit Financial Group, as well as President & CEO of Capital & Credit
Merchant Bank (CCMB) and Capital & Credit Securities Ltd (CCSL). He is an
Investment Banker with over 23 years experience in the financial services
sector. As Bank President, Mr. Martin has responsibility for CCMB’s strategic
and operational development, and its day-to-day management.
Mr. Martin is the company's sector representative on matters of Government
relations, as well as in dealing with industry regulators and supervisors.
In June
2006 he
was
appointed Chairman of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
He is
also CCSL’s seat holder on
the JSE. Mr. Martin holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Management Studies from the
University of the West Indies
and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Moya Leiba-Barnes
Snr. Vice President - Retail Banking & Treasury
|
Moya Leiba-Barnes heads the Treasury and Investment Division,
and is responsible for the development and maintenance of a vibrant, viable
revenue base through the strategic planning and implementation of
results-oriented Treasury and Investment initiatives. In this regard she holds
responsibility for Foreign Exchange Trading, Fixed Income Trading, as well as
International and Bonds trading.
Mrs. Leiba-Barnes is a career banker with extensive experience in the local
Banking sector.
An active member of the Kiwanis Club, Mrs. Leiba-Barnes is a graduate of the
University of the West Indies where she obtained a B.Sc. in Management and
Economics and an MBA in Banking and Finance.

Duhaney

branch,
and
is a
career
banker
with
over
15
years
experience,
having
worked
in
various
capacities
with
a
number
of
Jamaican
banking
institutions
before
joining
Capital
&
Credit.
As
Montego
Bay’s
branch
manager,
Mr.
Duhaney
has
responsibility
for
Business
Development
through
sales
of
all
Bank
products
and
the
overall
management
of
Banking
Operations,
Accounts,
Treasury
and
Investments,
Personal
Banking,
as
well
as
Retail
and
Commercial
Credit
activities
at
the
branch.
He
also
serves
as
the
Business
Unit
Compliance
Officer
for
the
branch.
Mr.
Duhaney
holds
a
Certificate
in
Business
Administration
from
the
University
of
Technology,
and
has
completed
specialized
training
in
Leadership,
Management,
Economics,
Advanced
Credit
Appraisal
Techniques,
Selling
Corporate
Finance
and
Capital
Market
Instruments
and
Long
Term
Insurance
Products.
Mr.
Duhaney
has
a
thorough
knowledge
of
the
Montego
Bay
and
Western
Jamaican
Business
Districts,
and
was
recently
elected
a
member
of
the Montego
Bay
Chamber
of
